Your file is chunked and Merkle-committed locally, only the 32-byte root goes on-chain. Lock it with a password or a secret link and the bytes are encrypted in your browser first.

Nothing leaves your machine until step 4, commitment, hashing and any encryption are fully local. The provider only activates after independently re-verifying your Merkle root.
