An ERC-20 that represents a share of a real company, backed one to one by attested reserves. Secure Mint makes it impossible to issue a share that is not covered, and the backing figure is readable on-chain at any time.

How is the backing kept honest?

Every tokenized asset records an on-chain reserves figure attested by the issuer, and the contract caps supply at those reserves. Real-world assets are additionally bound to storage deals whose documents are provably held and audited by random challenges.

What is KEP?

KEP is the settlement token of the network. You price trades, mint and redeem shares, and receive dividends in KEP. It is a standard ERC-20 on Robinhood Chain.

Do I need to trust a custodian?

No. Ownership, transfer restrictions, mint and redeem authorization, and dividend math are all enforced on-chain. Real custody and legal title are handled off-chain by the issuer and disclosed transparently.
